When attempting to re-order FX in the Insert FX window, as a user I am not able to when using the drag handle on the left. The FX slot do not reorder. Using the 'Move up' or 'Move Down' does nothing as well.
Expected results: When I drag an FX and drop, I expect it take the place of the existing FX slot and shift the order up or down as needed.
