I would like to request a refund but can't find a support email or page. This was after 10 min of use. I don't use Discord.

I did send an email to support with a short description of my issue and why I would like a refund, but I can describe it here also. I mostly use FLAC format for my music, I have loaded some tracks and noticed that quite a lot of them have beat grid off sync so sync does not work properly and I need to manually adjust position. From those track there are also some tracks that synced perfectly for most part, but then just lost it after one of the cue points. All those tracks work flawlessly in Traktor. I think I misunderstood the way VST's work as well. I got it working by creating a midi clip to send notes to desired VST instrument, the problem is I wanted to run my Elektron VST's with no midi triggers and use VST to keep tempo and beat synced and everything else to be done on hardware. I have a feeling this issue could be potentially sorted and I could run the setup my desired way if I invest a bit more time and experimentation.

As per the End User Liscense Agreement, refunds will not be availble until the official release version... in the user manual, see Docs regarding the flac issues.... this application is in beta and new features are being added and fixed almost daily. i will revist the endoded files issue and find an approach... as for midi sending to another VST there are multiple ways to do this via running ableton as a VST3 inside your daw of choice. The refunds issue is the way we need to reconfigure our payment processor (stripe) and will require some work which was planned shjortly before the official release.

I understand that software is beta, and it will have bugs and issues but for me, simply playing two tracks side by side is a basic functionality that unfortunately does not work that good for me. When I buy/support a software or even hardware I do expect it to work, at least on a basic level of it's intended use and not on future promises of update. Anyway it is what it is, as there is no refunds currently, I might as well and test all this stuff and report back. I was reading the docs regarding mp3 issues. For FLAC it says "It's a reasonable second choice, but WAV and AIFF still load fastest.". Did I miss something ? It will take more time to load due to decode time compare to WAV but otherwise should work the same ? This morning I tested another 12 WAV track, 5 of those tracks had correct grid, other 7 were way off, with three of them being analyzed at wrong bmp. This included two of my own tracks, couple from beatport and couple from my friends. All tracks are used were true WAV, and not files converted from other formats to wav. Re-analyze did not work. The only way I managed to get it work is by going to EDIT view and manually adjusting start of grid and BPM (where needed) Regarding VST's being run on Ableton. I already do that using Traktor, Maschine and Ableton via Link, it works fine sometimes, I was kinda hoping I would be able to run all of that inside AUTO/PILOT avoiding all potential sync and timing latency. Will definitely do more testing on this!! Thanks for the response!
