FX unavailable

maybe I'm missing something but i was scanning around for a while and couldn't find a way to enable or use fx other than the filter. the FX button is greyed out saying unavailable. anyone else have this issue?

FX are WIP therefore Disabled. Should be back bigger and better in the near future.
